1. The mouse does not move or is unresponsive:

  ·Clean the mouse: Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse and the surface of the mouse pad. Dust and dirt may affect the operation of the mouse.

2. Invalid mouse click:

  ·Check the driver: Make sure the driver for the mouse has been installed or updated correctly. You can check for problems in the device manager.

  ·Check for electromagnetic interference: Some devices may affect the mouse cursor, try to avoid using it in an environment with strong electromagnetic interference.

  ·Test different USB ports: If you are using a wired mouse, try plugging the mouse into another USB port on your computer.

  ·When you replace the original cable in the package with another usable cable, make sure that the cable meets the 8K polling rate and do not use an extension cable.

  ·After replacing the cable, reset the mouse and receiver to factory settings, and then pair the 8K receiver again, if it still stutters, you can try to adjust the return rate to 4K.

  ·If you are using a laptop computer, please do not use the extension cable or USB expansion port, and plug it directly into the USB port of your computer.
